Delivery Costs
House of Oak aims to make the delivery of your new furniture as smooth and convenient as possible. Even better, there's no delivery charge on purchases of over £500 (area surcharges may apply. See below). We only deliver to UK mainland.
Parcel
| Cost | Only items with a delivery option of parcel can be sent using this method. Free for orders over £200, otherwise £9.95 per item. If there are more than three items, your order will be automatically upgraded to Standard delivery (see section below). |

Standard

| Delivery times | Provided items are in stock, within 14 days of purchase. Service is available Mon-Fri between 7.00am and 7.00pm |
| Service | We'll contact you about three days before delivery to arrange a convenient day. We use a 2 man service and we take furniture into the room of your choice. They will, of course, deliver on the agreed date but, as a general rule they don't phone you before making a delivery. If you are not at home when they call, the courier will try to leave the goods with a next door neighbour. Failing that, they will put a contact card through your letter box inviting you to arrange another delivery date. |
Delivery Surcharges
If you live in the far north of Scotland, in one of the following postcode areas, you will have to pay a delivery surcharge:
AB, DD, FK, HS IV, KA, KW, KY PA and PH
Delivery to these areas can take up to 28 days.
