Found HOUSE OF OAK online and have nothing but praise for this company, Prices for most identical items in other stores are a little cheaper AND they give you 10% off of your total bill as well. Ordered a coffee table and double wardrobe and delivery of both items was roughly four weeks maybe less in my case. Delivery guys were so friendly and helpful and very professional.

Had an amazing experience with House of Oak. I'd ordered a coffee table but misread some details which meant the table might not be suitable.
House of Oak replied swiftly to my email, sorted out any concerns and made sure I received a suitable table.
The delivery driver was so helpful carrying my delivery up some steep stairs; he didn't complain, just made sure everything was to my liking.
The customer service and the quality of the furniture are both outstanding - it was a real pleasure to deal with this company.

I bought the double larder in blue. House of Oak were very accommodating is delivery times, I was getting the house plastered and new flooring but wanted to buy it at the sale price. They kept it for me until I was ready - small scrape to one of the legs which had knocked the paint off and dented it. Came back two days later to fix and you cannot tell at all. Very impressed and totally recommend

Excellent products made to order from the finest quality oak. Beautifully made. I purchased my living room furniture from House of Oak last year and I am so pleased and proud of my furniture, I came back this year to buy my dining room furniture. As everything is made to order there is a wait for the items to be made and delivered but I guarantee it is worth the wait. You will not be disappointed.

Ordered 6 drawers and a 3 drawers chest also a wardrobe. Excellent service, prices, polite staff and always keeping me informed about delivery dates etc. Even the delivery people were wonderful. I would highly recommend this company. Great products and service.

An excellent emporium of oak furniture spread across 4 shops. Staff are very helpful with lots of brochures to take home. We bought from them last year and the kit arrived in tip top condition, the team unpacked and also inspected the furniture before leaving. Parking at site can be fun with a car park to the rear and also roadside bays. Well worth a visit plus lots of nice walks in the area.

We recently bought 3 pieces of living room furniture online from House of Oak and we were so impressed with our dealings with the staff; they were all so courteous & polite, everything happened as it should. We had to return one piece and have it replaced, and again, nothing was too much trouble. We love our furniture!

Very polite and friendly delivery guys. Was no trouble asking them to put chest of drawers upstairs in bedroom.
Also they removed all packing and took it away as asked.
Order arrived early and on pre arranged day as scheduled.
Also the lady on the phone I spoke to about how to place the order was polite and very helpful.
The item is exactly what I wanted and of good quality.
Would recommend this firm helpful from start to finish .

Beautiful furniture for the bed room, living and dining rooms, this furniture is heavy and well made all inside the drawers are properly jointed no mdf or cheap ply wood this is quality stuff if you are in the market for new furniture that's NOT flat pack this place is defiantly worth a visit.
