Application Under Review

Your finance application has been referred for further review by Novuna Personal Finance. This is completely normal and doesn't mean anything negative. It simply means they need a little more time or information to make a decision.

Novuna may contact you directly if they need additional information. Keep an eye on your email and phone. If you've granted open banking permission, the review is usually quicker.

We'll hold your order in the meantime. Once Novuna reaches a decision, they'll let both you and us know, and we'll take it from there.
