Do you deliver oak furniture nationwide?

Yes. We deliver across mainland UK from £25. Larger items are delivered by our two-person delivery team to a room of your choice. We also offer an assembly service if you'd prefer everything set up on delivery. Delivery timescales depend on the item: some ship from stock within a week; made-to-order pieces take longer. Is your oak furniture sustainably sourced?

We source from suppliers who use timber from managed European forests where replanting is part of the process. Oak from managed forests is a genuinely renewable material when handled responsibly: slow-growing but replenishable. If sustainability is important to your purchasing decision, call us and we'll give you specific sourcing details for the range you're interested in.

Can oak furniture be refinished or repaired?

Yes, and this is one of its biggest advantages over veneered or laminate furniture. Solid oak can be sanded back and re-oiled or re-waxed to remove scratches, stains, or general wear. A skilled furniture restorer can return a tired piece to near-new condition. This is why solid oak is such a good investment: when other furniture gets replaced, oak gets refreshed.
