Pink - Catch on to the trend

It is interesting to see how Pink popularity in interiors and design started three years ago, with Rose Quartz being awarded '2016 Color of the Year'. It was a sugary pastel shade, that lately transformed into the Millennial Pink: a more vivid blush shade representing the strength and modernity of a whole generation.

Dulux announced Heart Wood as their colour of the year for 2018: that’s to say, an easier pink more similar to a neutral color, easier to be incorporated into homes.

The trend has gone from strength to strength from there, appearing in more style shots and magazines than we could ever have imagined.

But, is it a trend people are embracing?

Yes.

Through the power of social media, magazines and television, pink has soared into the market this year. We've also embraced it, and now have a stunning sofa collection in store in a fabulous pink shade.
