The furniture must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and unassembled.
We'll arrange collection and process your refund once the items pass inspection.
To qualify for a full refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. The furniture must be in the same condition as when it arrived and in its original packaging.
If you've paid for unpacking or assembly and the delivery team has already left with the original packaging, you'll need to repackage the furniture in suitable protective packaging before we can collect it. We can't collect items that aren't properly packaged.
Refunds are processed using your original payment method. For security reasons, if this isn't possible, store credit will be provided instead. Processing typically takes 10-15 days depending on your bank.
If you've changed your mind (no fault with the product), delivery and return collection charges will be deducted from your refund. Unpacking and assembly charges are non-refundable.
If furniture is returned because it doesn't fit through doorways or staircases, the original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund or exchange. Please measure carefully before ordering.
We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If something isn't right, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Our after-sales team will arrange a replacement or refund, and we'll cover the cost of collection.
Check your furniture before the delivery team leaves whenever possible. Flagging issues while they're still at your property makes the resolution much quicker.
If a delivery date has been booked and agreed, and you're unable to accept delivery without giving us at least 3 working days' notice, charges will apply: £40 per item for redelivery, or £40 per item to return goods to our warehouse.
Our delivery partner Domestic Distribution will attempt to arrange delivery with you up to three times. If all three attempts are declined, the goods will be returned to us and failed delivery charges of £60 per item (or the cost of delivery, whichever is cheaper) will apply.
Any furniture ordered specially for you (custom finishes, bespoke sizes, etc.) cannot be returned. If the item arrives damaged or defective, we'll of course arrange a replacement.
