A 2 man delivery team be it ourselves or a courier company will deliver into your home and to the room of your choice, access permitting- Please call or e-mail if delivery is above the second floor, as we cannot guarantee Room Of Choice withour prior confirmation.

Delivery Is to Mainland UK Only, If you require delivery offshore we can deliver to a Mainland UK shipping depot of your choice.
If furniture is delivered outside of the UK mainland by whatever means and you wish to return it, it is your responsibility to cover the costs back to the dispatching warehouse.
We also offer an unpack service for an additional £25.
We offer a Day-specific Delivery Service for an extra £40 (incl VAT). This service allows you choose a day that is most suitable for your delivery. However this is not available to any areas under "Delivery Surcharges". If you would like a specific day delivery simply check this option when checking out, a member of our Customer Service team will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery day. Please be aware delays may occur depending upon stock levels and area for delivery. Please note this for a specific day, not date; we try our best to accommodate all enquiries. Applies to Monday - Friday only.
We offer a Saturday Delivery Service, for an extra £39.50 (incl VAT). However this is not available to any areas under "Delivery Surcharges". If you would like a Saturday delivery simply check this option when checking out, a member of our Customer Service team will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please be aware delays may occur depending upon stock levels and area for delivery. We try our best to accommodate all enquiries.
We offer an unpack service for £ 25.00. This includes delivery to the room of choice plus unpacking and removal of your packaging from your home. Please note if you if have any concerns on delivery and need to return any items you will need to keep the packaging for returns or use your own packaging if the delivery team have left your home. Please check your furniture before packaging is removed from your home. Should any issues with your product arise you should the delivery team when they are still at your property.
Assembly of Products
Due to the physical nature of products and there packaging, some items of furniture will need assembling. If you would like to check prior to ordering or delivery please ring 01484 865042 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for confirmation if you will need to assemble your order after delivery has taken place.
Our Delivery Terms and Conditions
Small Items are delivered via Royal Mail, a card will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection from your nearest depot if no one is home. Our courier service will call up to two times and will leave a calling card if no one is home. Please contact the courier firm (Domestic Distribution) directly to re-arrange delivery or call our Customer Services team on 01484 865042. If the courier service doesn't hear from you within 5 days, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you may need to pay a re-delivery charge.
Domestic Distribution - Platinum Plus Service
Our delivery service, Domestic Distribution, offer all deliveries their Platinum Plus Service. This includes a Call / Text / Email to advise a date and a 4 hour slot for delivery, 2 Man delivery service to the room of your choice and a call 30 minutes prior to arrival.
Domestic Distribution will attempt to book in with you three times a delivery day and time slot. If this is declined three times the goods will be returned to House of Oak and failed delivery charges will apply.
Failed delivery charges are £ 40 per item or the cost of delivery whichever is the cheapest. Delivery costs are provided by Domestic Distribution and not by House Of Oak.
House Of Oak will be charged these delivery costs if there is a failed delivery.
Failed delivery charges will also apply through no fault of Domestic Distribution or House Of Oak.

In stock items
Our standard delivery time on in-stock items is within 7 to 14 working days. Our couriers will contact you to arrange the delivery of large, heavy or fragile items.
Delivery to Remote Postcode Areas where delivery surcharge applies.
Please allow an extra 7 to 14 Working Days for Delivery.
Failed Delivery Charges
Please note: Once a delivery date is booked in and agreed with us or one of our delivery partners and yourself, if for whatever reason you are not able to accept the delivery date/time and haven't notified us 3 working days prior to your delivery or we encounter a failed delivery because nobody is at the property to accept delivery, We as a company will have been charged or incurred charges and reserve the right to pass these charges on to you, these charges are £40 per item for re-delivery to your property or £40 per item to return to our warehouse.

Check the Furniture will fit
We want to give you the best possible service and that includes delivering your furniture in perfect condition and without damaging your home. So our couriers will only deliver items that can be safely carried into the room where you need them.
Therefore please check that it will be possible to get any furniture you order into the room it's intended for. If staircases, doorways or any tight spaces need to be negotiated you should be confident that they can be as, when furniture is returned to us because we can't get it into your home, the original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund or exchange we make.
