Peace of Mind with HOO's Return Policy
Obviously we hope that you are delighted with your furniture. However, if for any reason, you're not
happy with the furniture you've purchased from 'House of Oak', we offer a free return service and a
full refund (excluding the delivery charge).
Should you wish to take advantage of this service simply follow these instructions:
Call HOO on 0800 698 0239. If you prefer, you can do this on-line using the 'Returns Forms' section on the
'Account Page'
When we receive your request we'll email a returns' reference number to you. Whether you choose to do this on-line or over the
phone, it must be done within 30 days of the purchase date.
To claim a full refund the furniture must be; in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging or,
failing that, some other suitable protective packaging.
Once the goods have been returned to us, we'll inspect them and then arrange a refund using the original payment method
(i.e. credit/debit card, cheque). Please note that the time it takes to re-credit funds to your bank account depends on your
bank and could be between 2-10 days.
